The Candidate
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with appropriate experience for this role who is enthusiastic, committed and flexible, who works well on their own initiative, as well as part of a team and who has the drive and determination for excellence in their work. You must be able to provide customer service approach and show empathy and sensitivity to the needs of our visitors. We are looking for candidates whose commitment, energy, professional expertise and experience qualify them to take on this exciting and challenging role.
• Admin Support – filing, answering phone calls, emails and updating information.
• Reception duties – Must be confident in dealing with members of the public, staff and children.
Within your application, you should state clearly, why you are the ideal candidate for this role stating examples of where you have been involved in the daily operation of a facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing first hand with parents and visitors to school, and will provide specific clerical and administrative or financial functions to the school as directed.
