Early Help Intervention Officer
Salary: NJC Grade E (SCP 12 - 17) – £19,496 - £21,516 (actual salary)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only + 15 Days
Start Date: 27th August 2019
This post will support students across all phases of the academy providing pastoral, behaviour and learning support to students at an early stage, preventing the escalation of issues. It is envisaged that the post holder will liaise regularly with parents and phase leaders to resolve pastoral or behaviour concerns at an early help level. The post holder may signpost students and parents to additional sources of information and would be able to assist the senior leadership team in the investigation and reporting of any incidents that may arise within the academy or local community.

The successful candidates will have a proven ability with supporting young people with challenging needs, this will ensure that we continue to provide high quality education for all our children in a caring, inclusive environment.
