This is a very exciting and unique opportunity in helping to further enhance our beautiful school and to contribute towards the operational functioning of Site Supervisory to ensure that we and our children become ‘the best that we can be’.

Mereside Primary School is part of the Fylde Coast Academy Trust (FCAT). FCAT is a Multi Academy Trust with 10 primary and secondary schools across the Fylde Coast and Lancashire with a proven track record of delivering rapid improvement in progress and outcomes.

We are seeking to appoint someone with appropriate experience for this role who is enthusiastic, committed and flexible, who works well on their own initiative, as well as part of a team. Within your application you should state clearly why you are the ideal candidate for this role stating examples of where you have been involved in the daily operation of a facility. The successful candidate will ensure our high standards of cleanliness around school, will supervise a team of cleaning staff and will be a key holder who will be required to secure the building at the end of each operational school day.

We can offer a supportive team who work hard to do the best for the children in their care. The post will be a term-time plus 15 additional days in the holidays contract. Working hours will be 13.75 hours per week. The ideal candidate will need to be fully flexible with regards to working hours in order to meet the requirements of the school needs.
